海外発送案内（International Shipping Guide）

1. 対応国・地域
Supported Countries and Regions

・現在、海外発送は以下の国・地域に対応しております：韓国、中国、台湾、香港。
・We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Korea, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

2. 送料・配達方法
Shipping Fee and Delivery Method

・配送方法はEMS（国際スピード郵便）を利用しております。
・送料は一律2,500円（税込）です。
・We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international deliveries.
・The shipping fee is a flat rate of ￥2,500 (tax included) for each order.

3. 支払い方法の制限
Payment Method Restrictions

・海外からのご注文および海外への発送に関しては、セブンイレブン決済・代金引換はご利用いただけません。
・For international orders and shipments, 7-Eleven payment and Cash on Delivery are not available.

4. 発送日数や注意事項
Delivery Time and Important Notes

・発送からお届けまで、通常3～7営業日かかります。
・稀に通関手続き等により遅延が発生する場合があります。
・Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
・Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or other reasons.

5. 返品・キャンセルについて

・海外発送の商品は、返品・交換をお受けできません。
・Items shipped internationally cannot be returned or exchanged.
